Amendment Deadline definition

Amendment Deadline as defined in Section 2 of Amendment No. 1 of the Asset Purchase Agreement shall hereby be amended to mean no later than 5:00 Pacific Standard Time, August 30, 2005.

Amendment Deadline is defined in clause 12.3.

Amendment Deadline means the earlier of the following dates: (i) one year from the date hereof; (ii) the next date the Company’s Articles of Incorporation are amended for any reason; (iii) the date of any Acquisition (as defined below); or (iv) the date of an initial public offering of securities of the Company.
