Amenity Policies definition

Amenity Policies or “Policies” – shall mean these Amenity Policies and Rates of the Towne Park Community Development District, as amended from time to time. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to amend or modify these Policies when and as necessary and will notify Patrons of any changes by posting the revised Policies on the District’s website. The Board of Supervisors and District Staff shall have full authority to enforce the Amenity Policies.
Amenity Policies or “Policies” – shall mean these Amenity Policies of River Glen Community Development District, as amended from time to time.

Examples of Amenity Policies in a sentence

  • All persons using the Amenities do so at their own risk and agree to abide by the Amenity Policies.

  • A Patron must always accompany its Guests during its Guests’ use of the Amenities and are responsible for all actions, omissions and negligence of such Guests, including Guests’ adherence to the Amenity Policies.

  • Under no circumstances, shall a Patron provide their Access Card to another person, whether Patron or non-Patron, to allow access to the Amenities.Access Cards are the property of the District and are non-transferable except in accordance with the District’s Amenity Policies.

Related to Amenity Policies

  • City Policies means any or all (as the context requires) of those procedures, standards and/or standard specifications, requirements, policies and the like listed in Schedule H or notified to the Supplier from time to time, as the same may be updated, modified, expanded, revised, supplemented and/or replaced from time to time by the City (as notified to the Supplier);

  • Privacy Policies means all published, posted and written internal policies, procedures, agreements and notices with respect to the Company’s collection, use, storage, disclosure, or cross-border transfer of Personal Data.

  • Company Insurance Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 4.15.

  • SAP Policies means the operational guidelines and policies applied by SAP to provide and support the Cloud Service as incorporated in an Order Form.
