AMI System definition

AMI System identifies the Sensus FlexNet Advanced Meter Infrastructure System comprised of the SmartPoint Modules, RF Field Equipment, Server Hardware, software licenses, FCC licenses, and other equipment provided to Customer hereunder. The AMI System only includes the foregoing, as provided by Sensus. The AMI System does not include goods, equipment, software, licenses or rights provided by a third party or parties to this Agreement.

AMI System identifies the Master Meter Allegro Advanced Meter Infrastructure (AMI) System comprised of the Allegro RF Endpoints, the RF Field Equipment, software licenses, FCC licenses, and other equipment provided to Customer hereunder. The AMI System only includes the foregoing, as provided by Master Meter. The AMI System does not include goods, equipment, software, licenses or rights provided by a third party or parties to this Agreement.

AMI System means (A) the Integrated Meters and (B) the AMI products and technologies that SSN will provide, including: (i) the Back Office, (ii) WAN connections to/from Access Points, (iii) the NAN, exclusive of Bridges, and (iv) the data center infrastructure, facilities and environmental and power resources where the Back Office equipment is located in connection with the AMI Project.

• Training on the use of the AMI System is not included in this Agreement.

• If any sub-contractors or sub-grantees are requesting indirect costs, copies of their indirect cost agreements must also be included with the application.

AMI System means the AMI products and technologies that Anixter and Itron will provide, including: (1) the Back Office, (2) WAN connections to/from Access Points, and (3) the NAN, exclusive of eBridges.

AMI System means Supplier’s Equipment, Firmware, Software, and field tools as may be necessary to complete this Agreement, to include (but not limited to) Collectors, Endpoints, Meters, Network Equipment, Routers, and Take-Out Points, as herein defined, whether or not fully detailed on drawings (if any) or listed in detail in this Agreement.
