Anchor Shippers definition

Anchor Shippers for each System means the parties listed in Exhibit 1.3 each such party’s successors, and each party that is assigned all or part of a Voting Percentage as permitted in this Agreement.

Anchor Shippers means the Shipper(s) that signed a Firm Gas Transportation Agreement before the publication of the Announcement to support the development of the Project, who are directly awarded Capacity with no need to submit a Bid.

• Atlantic has also agreed, in Exhibit B of the applicable precedent agreements, upon the rate methodology to be used in calculating charges for the optional capacity to be charged to the Foundation and Anchor Shippers for the requested optional incremental expansion service.
