Annexation Agreement definition

Annexation Agreement means an agreement entered into under division (F) of this section that has been approved by the state board of education or an agreement entered into prior to September 24, 1986, that meets the requirements of division (F) of this section and has been filed with the state board.

• Developer shall comply with the requirements contained in the Annexation Agreement and any other duly executed agreement related to the Property, except as specifically amended by this Agreement.
