Bonus definition

Bonus means the bonus described in the Section 2.3.
Bonus means an amount of incentive remuneration payable by the Employer to a Participant.

Examples of Bonus in a sentence

  • Employee shall only be entitled to receive any Annual Bonus payment if Employee remains an employee in good standing with the Company as of the date such Annual Bonus is payable.

Bonus means the amount payable to Executive under the Company's applicable annual bonus plan with respect to a fiscal year of the Company.
