  • The officers named in Section 7.01 shall be elected by secret written ballot, annually and without prior nomination, by and from the Board at the first meeting of the Board held after the Annual Member Meeting.

Related to Annual Member

  • Individual Member means a registered, financial Member of the Club who is at least 18 years of age.
