Annual Program definition

Annual Program means an itemized statement of the Petroleum Operations to be carried out within or with respect to the Project Area and the time schedule thereof.

Annual Program means a program to carry out the business of the Company during a financial year and will consist of: (a) a business plan setting out in reasonable detail the proposed marketing plans, finance arrangements, capital expenditures and activities to carry on the business of the Company during the financial year; and (b) a budget setting out in reasonable detail an estimate of the income to be received and the expenses to be incurred in carrying out that business plan;

Annual Program means the annual incentive bonus program component of the Program as described herein. The Annual Program may provide for Interim Bonuses as well as Annual Bonuses.

More Definitions of Annual Program

Annual Program means a program of actions aimed at reducing ODS Consumption in any one ODS Sector in the course of a Program Year, within the ODS Sector Phase-Out Plan for such Sector, as referred to in Part C.1 of Schedule 3 to this Agreement.
