Annual Rate of Return Percentage definition

Annual Rate of Return Percentage means an annual rate of return of ten percent (10%), which shall decrease to an annual rate of return of eight percent (8%) upon the earlier of (i) January 1, 2020 and (ii) the first day of the Fiscal Year immediately following the last day of the Fiscal Year on which the Partnership had an audited Net Asset Value of at least $20,000,000 as of such date.
Annual Rate of Return Percentage means an annual rate of return of eight percent (8%).

  • Utilization Percentage means, as of any day, the fraction expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the Facility Usage on such day, and the denominator of which is the Borrowing Base in effect on such day.

  • Valuation Percentage means, for any item of Eligible Collateral, the percentage specified in Paragraph 13.

  • Internal Rate of Return means, as of any determination date, the effective discount rate under which the present value of the Inflows associated with an outstanding share of Class J Preferred Stock equals the Outflow on the Issue Date associated with such share. For purposes of calculation of Internal Rate of Return:

  • Monthly Uptime Percentage means total number of minutes in a calendar month minus the number of minutes of Downtime suffered in a calendar month, divided by the total number of minutes in a calendar month.

  • Average Contribution Percentage means the average of the Contribution Percentages of the Eligible Participants in a group.

  • Target Bonus Percentage means, with respect to any Executive, the target bonus percentage specified for such Executive in his or her Employment Agreement.

  • Applicable ECF Percentage means, for any fiscal year, (a) 50% if the Total Leverage Ratio as of the last day of such fiscal year is greater than or equal to 6.00 to 1.00, (b) 25% if the Total Leverage Ratio as of the last day of such fiscal year is less than 6.00 to 1.00 but greater than or equal to 5.00 to 1.00 and (c) 0% if the Total Leverage Ratio as of the last day of such fiscal year is less than 5.00 to 1.00.

  • Annual Revenue Rate means the rate employed to assess a compliance penalty charge on a Curtailment Service Provider under Tariff, Attachment DD, section 11.

  • Minimum Dilution Reserve Percentage means, at any time of determination, the product (expressed as a percentage and rounded to the nearest 1/100th of 1%, with 5/1000th of 1% rounded upward) of (a) the average of the Dilution Ratios for the twelve (12) most recent Fiscal Months, multiplied by (b) the Dilution Horizon Ratio.

  • L/C Percentage as to any L/C Lender at any time, the percentage of the Total L/C Commitments represented by such L/C Lender’s L/C Commitment, as such percentage may be adjusted as provided in Section 2.23.

  • Uptime Percentage The Uptime Percentage is calculated using the following formula: where Downtime is measured in user-minutes; that is, for each Applicable Period, Downtime is the sum of the length (in minutes) of each Incident that occurs during that Applicable Period multiplied by the number of users impacted by that Incident.
