Annual Service Delivery Plan has the meaning given to it in clause 13.1.1 (Delivery of Annual Service Delivery Plan);
Annual Service Delivery Plan means the annual service delivery plan submitted by the Trust in accordance with Clause 7 of this Agreement detailing the manner in which the Services will be provided by the Trust during the forthcoming Service Year and as approved by the Council in accordance with such Clause 7.
