Annual Supply Volume definition

Annual Supply Volume means the annual Milk supply volume requirements as set out in Appendix A of this document as amended from Year to Year in accordance with paragraph 3 in Appendix A. Exceptional Circumstances has the same meaning as in section 28 of the Dairy Code, namely circumstances that;

Examples of Annual Supply Volume in a sentence

  • Where the parties have not agreed to a new Annual Supply Volume by 31 March of a Year the Annual Supply Volume and Monthly Supply Profile for the previous Year shall continue to apply.

  • The parties must take into account Brownes’ forecast demand requirements for Milk for the next Year and the Supplier’s current production capacity when negotiating the new Annual Supply Volume and Monthly Supply Profile.

  • The Supplier and Brownes may meet to conduct an annual production review during which the parties may renegotiate in good faith a new Annual Supply Volume and Monthly Supply Profile for the next Year commencing on 1 July.

Related to Annual Supply Volume

  • Monthly Volume means the product of the Committed Volume multiplied by the number of days in the relevant month.

  • Service Volume means a measure of Services for which a Performance Target is set.

  • Contract Quantity means the quantity of Gas to be delivered and taken as agreed to by the parties in a transaction.

  • Basic gas supply service means gas supply service that is

  • Gross Standard Volume as herein used means volume corrected to a temperature of sixty degrees (60°) Fahrenheit, in accordance with the latest API/ASTM measurement standards, and at equilibrium vapor pressure.

  • Gas supply service means the provision to customers of the

  • Runoff volume means the volume of water that runs off the land development project from a prescribed storm event.

  • Daily Contract Quantity or “DCQ” means the quantity of Gas as set out in Clause 4.1 herein.

  • PJM Region Peak Load Forecast means the peak load forecast used by the Office of the Interconnection in determining the PJM Region Reliability Requirement, and shall be determined on both a preliminary and final basis as set forth in Tariff, Attachment DD, section 5.

  • Contract Year means each period of twelve (12) consecutive months during the Initial Term of this Agreement, with the first Contract Year commencing on the Effective Date, and with each subsequent Contract Year commencing on the anniversary of the Effective Date.

  • Contract Quarter means a three-month period that commences on January 1, April 1, July 1, or October 1 and ends on March 31, June 30, September 30, or December 31, respectively.

  • Supply Period means for a Supply Point, the period beginning on the Start Date and ending on the Termination Date;

  • Supply Price has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.

  • Water quality volume means the volume equal to the first one-half inch of runoff multiplied by the impervious surface of the land development project.

  • Committed Volume means, with respect to a Committed Shipper, the minimum daily volume of Crude Petroleum set out in Schedule A to the Committed Shipper’s TSA.

  • Contract Sales Price means the total consideration received by the Company for the sale of an Investment.

  • Supply Point means the point of connection between the licensed network and your apparatus or equipment.

  • Network Supply Point or "NSP" means any Point of Connection between:

  • Type A quantity means a quantity of radioactive material, the aggregate radioactivity of which does not exceed A1 for special form radioactive material or A2 for normal form radio- active material, where A1 and A2 are given in Appendix O or may be determined by procedures described in Appendix O.

  • Sales Revenue means receipts from the sale, lease, or rental of goods, services, or property;

  • Trading Volume means the volume of shares of the Company's Common Stock that trade between 9:30 AM and 4:00 PM, New York City Time, on any Business Day, and shall expressly exclude any shares trading during "after hours" trading.

  • Net Sales Revenue shall have the meaning as set out in Schedule "A"

  • Type B quantity means a quantity of radioactive material greater than a Type A quantity.

  • Quarterly (1/Quarter) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the months of March, June, August, and December, unless specifically identified otherwise in the Effluent Limitations and Monitoring Requirements table.

  • Semi-annual (2/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done during the months of June and December, unless specifically identified otherwise.

  • Product Group or “the Group” means a group of lotteries that has joined together to offer a product pursuant to the terms of the Multi-State Lottery Agreement and the Product Group’s own rules.
