Dairy Code definition

Dairy Code means the Competition and Consumer (Industry Codes – Dairy) Regulations 2019.

  • If any part or whole of one or more of the provisions of this Contract are non- compliant with the Dairy Code, then any part or whole of one or more of those provisions will be severed from this Contract and the validity, existence, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions in this Contract will not be affected.

  • Grid Code / “IEGC” or “State Grid Code” shall mean the Grid Code specified by the Central Commission under clause (h) of sub-section (1) of Section 79 of the Electricity Act and/or the State Grid Code as specified by the concerned State Commission referred under clause (h) of sub-section (1) of Section 86 of the Electricity Act, as applicable;
