Dairy Code definition

Dairy Code means the Competition and Consumer (Industry Codes –Dairy) Regulations 2019.
Dairy Code means the Competition and Consumer (Industry Codes—Dairy) Regulations 2019, or as updated from time to time. Collection means Collection of the Milk in accordance with clause 3.4.
Dairy Code means the Dairy Code of Conduct prescribed as a mandatory industry code under section 51AE of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

  • Only in exceptional circumstances will we consider price prospective decreases in Monthly Minimum Prices within the Term, and this would be done in accordance with the Dairy Code.

  • If you choose to terminate the agreement, in accordance with the Dairy Code, you must continue to supply BDD until the date the step down takes effect.

  • Bankruptcy Code means Title 11 of the United States Code entitled “Bankruptcy,” as now and hereafter in effect, or any successor statute.
