Expected date of birth means the day certified by a medical practitioner to be the day on which the medical practitioner expects the employee or the employee's partner, as the case may be, to give birth to a child;
Designated Date means the date on which funds are transferred from the Escrow Account(s) and the amounts blocked are transferred from the ASBA Accounts, as the case may be, to the Public Offer Account(s) or the Refund Account(s), as appropriate, in terms of the Red Xxxxxxx Prospectus and the Prospectus, after the finalisation of the Basis of Allotment in consultation with the Designated Stock Exchange in terms of the Red Xxxxxxx Prospectus, following which the Board of Directors may Allot Equity Shares to successful Bidders in the Offer.
fixed date means the date fixed in terms of subsection (2) of section one as the date of commencement of this Act;
Last Audited Date means December 31, 2004.
Scheduled Issued Date or "SID" means the date the order is entered into Qwest's order distribution system.
Required Date means by the 10th Business Day following the end of the Quarter for which the information prescribed in Annex V4 is being provided.
Effective date of enrollment means the first date when an en- rollee is entitled to receive covered benefits.
Anticipated Closing Date means the anticipated closing date of any proposed Qualified Sale Transaction, as determined in good faith by the Board of Directors on the Applicable Date.
Target Completion Date has the meaning given such term in Section 3.3(b).
Payment Schedule ’ means a schedule which sets out—
Expiry Date (Data di Scadenza) means the Expiry Date as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.
Starting Date means the date referred to in Clause 3.3 hereof;
Date of Completion with respect to a Project shall mean: (i) the date upon which such Project and all components thereof have been acquired or constructed and are capable of performing the functions for which they were intended, as evidenced by an Engineers’ Certificate filed with the Trustee and the Issuer; or (ii) the date on which the Issuer determines, upon the recommendation of or in consultation with the Consulting Engineer, that it cannot complete such Project in a sound and economical manner within a reasonable period of time as evidenced by an Engineers’ Certificate filed with the Trustee and the Issuer; provided that in each case such certificate of the Consulting Engineer shall set forth the amount of all Costs of such Project which have theretofore been incurred, but which on the Date of Completion is or will be unpaid or unreimbursed.
Monthly Qualification Cycle means a period beginning one (1) Business Day prior to the first day of the current Statement Cycle through one (1) Business Day prior to the close of the current Statement Cycle.
Notification Date means 30 days from an Account statement date (see section 6.3).
ZERO DATE means the date of issue of LETTER OF INTENT (LOI) or issue of WORK ORDER, whichever is earlier.
Statement Cycle means the period of time for which our credit union provides a summary of the financial activities and transactions that post and settle to the accountholder's account. Dated Date means the date of delivery of the Bonds.
Anticipated Termination Date Any Distribution Date on which it is anticipated that the Trust Fund will be terminated pursuant to Section 9.01(c) of this Agreement.
Shift Schedule means a written statement setting forth the days and hours upon which the employees are required to work.
Scheduled Commissioning Date or “SCD” of the Project shall mean [Insert Date];
Scheduled Completion Date shall be the date set forth in Clause 10.3;
Legal Final Payment Date means the one-year anniversary of the Expected Final Payment Date.
Compounded Daily SONIA means, with respect to an Interest Accrual Period, the rate of return of a daily compound interest investment (with the daily SONIA reference rate as reference rate for the calculation of interest) and will be calculated by the Calculation Agent (or such other party responsible for the calculation of the interest rate, as specified in the applicable Pricing Supplement) on the relevant Interest Determination Date, as follows, and the resulting percentage will be rounded if necessary to the fourth decimal place, with 0.00005 per cent being rounded upwards:
Drop Dead Date has the meaning set forth in Section 9.01(b)(i).
In-Service Date means the date on which the Facility and System Modifications (if applicable) are complete and ready for service, even if the Facility is not placed in service on or by that date.
