Antitrust and Foreign Investment Authority definition

Antitrust and Foreign Investment Authority means the U.S. Federal Trade Commission, the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice, CFIUS, any attorney general of any state of the United States, or any other Governmental Entity (as defined in the Plan Support Agreement) of any jurisdiction with responsibility for enforcing any Antitrust and Foreign Investment Laws.
