APEX BODY or FEDERATION means an independent body formed by and consisting of all the associates registered under the WB Apartment Ownership Act or any other legal entity constituted of the Allottees in various buildings/phase where each such associate or any other legal entity , as the case may be , which cooperate in the maintenance and administration of common areas and amenities and facilities provided in the whole project while independently retaining control of its own internal affairs and administration in respect of each of the buildings/phase for which they are formed.
APEX BODY or FEDERATION means an independent body formed by and consisting of all the associates registered under the WB Apartment Ownership Act or any other legal entity constituted of the Allottees in various buildings/phase of entire housing complex where each such associate or any other legal entity , as the case may be , which cooperate in the maintenance and administration of common areas and amenities and facilities provided in the whole project while independently For Fortune Park Housing Projects Pvt. Ltd retaining control of its own internal affairs and administration in respect of each of the buildings/phase for which they are formed.
APEX BODY or FEDERATION means an independent body formed by and consistingof all the co-operative societies or companies or condominiums or any other Legal Entity,constituted of the flat purchasers in various buildings with or without wings located withina Layout, where each such co-operative society or company or any other Legal Entity, asthe case may be, shall cooperate in the maintenance and administration of common areasand amenities and facilities provided in the layout but shall independently retain control ofits own internal affairs and administration in respect of each of the building/s for which theyare formed.
