In this Schedule: Appeal Chair means the chair of a particular Appeals Tribunal in accordance with this Schedule.
If so, that will be reviewed to determine if it meets the grounds in this Policy by the Appeal Chair and either denied or approved.
The Request for Appeal will be forwarded to the Appeal Chair for consideration to determine if the request meets the grounds for appeal (a Review for Standing).
