Notwithstanding any other term or provision herein, for each $100 invested in the notes under Series UIC-01B, the applicable Pledgor will pledge to the trustee, for the benefit of the noteholders, one Appliance Dolly.
Appliance means any Residentia Group product purchased by you accompanied by this document;
InterMTA Traffic means traffic to or from WSP’s network that, at the beginning of the call, originates in one MTA and terminates in another MTA.
Drainage system means one or more artificial ditches, tile drains or similar devices which collect surface runoff or groundwater and convey it to a point of discharge.
Transport means the most efficient and available method of conveyance. In all cases, where practical, economy fare will be utilized. If possible, the Insured’s Common Carrier tickets will be used.
Sewage system means the entire sewage treatment and subsurface disposal system;
Busy Line Verification (BLV) means a service whereby an End User requests an operator to confirm the busy status of a line.
Bag means a flexible packaging made of paper, plastics film, textiles, woven material or other suitable material;
IntraLATA Toll Traffic means the IntraLATA traffic, regardless of the transport protocol method, between two locations within one LATA where one of the locations lies outside of the mandatory local calling area as defined by the Commission.
Manufacturing Facility means buildings and structures, including machinery and equipment, the primary purpose of which is or will be the manufacture of tangible goods or materials or the processing of such goods or materials by physical or chemical change.
