Applicable EURIBOR Rate definition

Applicable EURIBOR Rate means the rate determined in accordance with the following provisions:
Applicable EURIBOR Rate means the interest rate for deposits in euro designated as “EURIBOR” and sponsored jointly by the European Banking Federation and ACI—the Financial Market Association (or any company established by the joint sponsors for purposes of compiling and publishing that rate) on each Interest Determination Date (as defined below), and will be determined in accordance with the following provisions:
Applicable EURIBOR Rate means the rate determined in accordance with the following provisions: (1) Two prior TARGET days on which dealings in deposits in euros are transacted in the euro-zone interbank market preceding each Floating Rate Interest Reset Date (each such date, an “Interest Determination Date”), The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A. (the “Calculation Agent”), as agent for AT&T, will determine the Applicable EURIBOR Rate which shall be the rate for deposits in euro having a maturity of three months commencing on the first day of the applicable interest period that appears on the Bloomberg Screen BBAM Page as of 11:00 a.m., Brussels time, on such Interest Determination Date. “Bloomberg Screen BBAM Page” means the display designated on page “BBAM” on Bloomberg (or such other page as may replace the

Examples of Applicable EURIBOR Rate in a sentence

  • If at least two such quotations are provided, the Applicable EURIBOR Rate on such Interest Determination Date will be the arithmetic mean (rounded upwards) of such quotations.

  • So long as the Applicable EURIBOR Rate is required to be determined with respect to the Notes, there will at all times be a Calculation Agent.

  • If the Applicable EURIBOR Rate on such Interest Determination Date does not appear on the Reuters Screen EURIBOR01 Page, the Applicable EURIBOR Rate will be determined as described in (2) below.

  • If the Applicable EURIBOR Rate on such Interest Determination Date does not appear on the Reuters Screen EURIBOR01 Page, the Applicable EURIBOR Rate will be determined as described in (ii) below.

  • In the event that any then acting Calculation Agent shall be unable or unwilling to act, or that such Calculation Agent shall fail to duly establish the Applicable EURIBOR Rate for any Interest Period, or that AT&T proposes to remove such Calculation Agent, AT&T shall appoint itself or another person which is a bank, trust company, investment banking firm or other financial institution to act as the Calculation Agent.

  • In the event that any then acting Calculation Agent shall be unable or unwilling to act, or that such Calculation Agent shall fail to duly establish the Applicable EURIBOR Rate for any Interest Period, or that AT&T proposes to remove such Calculation Agent, AT&T shall appoint itself or another Person which is a bank, trust company, investment banking firm or other financial institution to act as the Calculation Agent.

  • If the Applicable EURIBOR Rate on such Interest Determination Date does not appear on the Bloomberg Screen BBAM Page or the Reuters Screen EURIBOR01 Page, as applicable, the Applicable EURIBOR Rate will be determined as described in (2) below.

  • After the initial interest period, the interest rate will be adjusted semi-annually in accordance with the Applicable EURIBOR Rate in effect on subsequent Interest Determination Dates, which will be three Banking Days prior to June 1st or December 1st in each year.In no event will the interest rate payable on the Euro Floating Rate Bonds be less than 0% per year.

  • After the initial interest period, the interest rate will be adjusted semi-annually in accordance with the Applicable EURIBOR Rate in effect on subsequent interest determination dates, which will be three Rate-Setting Days prior to June 1st and December 1st of each year.

Applicable EURIBOR Rate means the greater of (x) zero and (y) the rate determined in accordance with the following provisions:

Applicable EURIBOR Rate means the rate for deposits in Euros for the relevant Interest Period which appears on the display designated as “Page BTMM EU (Actual ACT/360)” of the Bloomberg Financial Markets Services Screen (or such other display as may replace Page BTMM EU (actual ACT/360) on the Bloomberg Financial Markets Services Screen) as of 11:00 a.m., Frankfurt time, on the latest Target Day which is at least two Business Days prior to the commencement of such Interest Period.

Related to Applicable EURIBOR Rate

  • Applicable LIBOR Rate means, (a) for Auction Periods of 35 days or less, One-Month LIBOR, (b) for Auction Periods of more than 35 days but less than 91 days, Three-Month LIBOR, (c) for Auction Periods of more than 90 days but less than 181 days, Six-Month LIBOR, and (d) for Auction Periods of more than 180 days, One-Year LIBOR.

  • Applicable Eurocurrency Margin means, as at any date of determination, the rate per annum then applicable to Eurocurrency Rate Loans determined in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.14(D)(ii) hereof.

  • EURIBOR Rate has the meaning specified in the definition of “Eurocurrency Rate”.

  • Adjusted Eurodollar Rate means for any Interest Period with respect to any Eurodollar Loan, an interest rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next 1/100 of 1.00%) equal to (a) the Eurodollar Rate for such Interest Period multiplied by (b) the Statutory Reserves.

  • Daily LIBOR Rate means, for any day, the rate per annum determined by the Administrative Agent by dividing (x) the Published Rate by (y) a number equal to 1.00 minus the LIBOR Reserve Percentage on such day.

  • Applicable LIBOR Margin means the per annum interest rate from time to time in effect and payable in addition to the LIBOR Rate applicable to the Revolving Loan, as determined by reference to Section 1.4(a).

  • LIBOR Applicable Margin means, as of any date with respect to any LIBOR Interest Period, the Applicable Margin in effect for such LIBOR Interest Period as determined in accordance with Section 2.4 hereof.

  • One Month LIBOR Rate means, with respect to any interest rate calculation for a Loan or other Obligation bearing interest at the Alternate Base Rate, a rate per annum equal to the quotient (rounded upward if necessary to the nearest 1/16th of one percent (0.0625%)) of (i) the rate per annum referred to as the BBA (British Bankers Association) LIBOR RATE as reported on Reuters LIBOR page 1, or if not reported by Reuters, as reported by any service selected by Administrative Agent on the applicable day (provided that if such day is not a Eurodollar Banking Day for which a Eurodollar Rate is quoted, the next preceding Eurodollar Banking Day for which a Eurodollar Rate is quoted) at or about 11:00 a.m., London time (or as soon thereafter as practicable), for Dollar deposits being delivered in the London interbank eurodollar currency market for a term of one month commencing on such date of determination, divided by (ii) one minus the Reserve Requirement in effect on such day. If for any reason rates are not available as provided in clause (i) of the preceding sentence, the rate to be used in clause (i) shall be, at Administrative Agent’s discretion (in each case, rounded upward if necessary to the nearest one-sixteenth (1/16) of one percent (0.0625%)), (1) the rate per annum at which Dollar deposits are offered to the Administrative Agent in the London interbank eurodollar currency market or (2) the rate at which Dollar deposits are offered to the Administrative Agent in, or by Xxxxx Fargo to major banks in, any offshore interbank eurodollar market selected by Administrative Agent, in each case on the applicable day (provided that if such day is not a Eurodollar Banking Day for which Dollar deposits are offered to Administrative Agent in the London interbank eurodollar currency market, the next preceding Eurodollar Banking Day for which Dollar deposits are offered to Administrative Agent in the London interbank eurodollar currency market) at or about 11:00 a.m., London time (or as soon thereafter as practicable) (for delivery on such date of determination) for a one month term. Each determination by Administrative Agent pursuant to this definition shall be conclusive absent manifest error.

  • Adjusted LIBO Rate means, with respect to any Eurodollar Borrowing for any Interest Period, an interest rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next 1/16 of 1%) equal to (a) the LIBO Rate for such Interest Period multiplied by (b) the Statutory Reserve Rate.
