Paying Agent/Registrar Agreement means the Paying Agent/Registrar Agreement between the Paying Agent/Registrar and the District relating to the Bonds.
Applicable Registry Operators means, collectively, the registry operators of top-‐level domains party to a registry agreement that contains a provision similar to this Section 7.6, including Registry Operator.
Registrar Agreement means the Bond Registrar Agreement between the County and the Bond Registrar, as it may be modified from the form on file with the Council Clerk and signed by the County Executive and the Fiscal Officer in accordance with Section 4.
Registrar Company means any entity providing share registration services to an issuer of Russian Securities.
Registrar General means the registrar general under the Registration of Births, Deaths and Marriages Act 1962, and includes the deputy registrar general under that Act.
State registrar means the state registrar of vital statistics.
Share Registrar means Computershare Investor Services plc, a company registered in England and Wales or any other institution organized under the laws of England and Wales appointed by the Company to carry out the duties of registrar for the Shares, and any successor thereto.
Registrar and Transfer Agent means the registrar and transfer agent of the Partnership appointed by the General Partner, the initial registrar and transfer agent being Computershare.
Registrar Functions means the functions with regard to:
Certificate Register and Certificate Registrar The register maintained and the registrar appointed, respectively, pursuant to Section 5.03.
Transfer Agent and Registrar shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.5(e) hereof.
Register and Registrar Mean the register maintained and the registrar appointed pursuant to Sections 3.04 and 7.
Deputy Registrar means a Deputy Registrar appointed pursuant to this Act;
Trust Registrar have the meanings stated in Section 3.2 of the Trust Agreement.
Book-Entry Custodian The custodian appointed pursuant to Section 5.01.
Local registrar means a person appointed under Subsection 26-2-3(3)(b).
Certificate Register The register maintained pursuant to Section 5.02.
Trust Register and “Trust Registrar” have the meanings stated in Section 3.2 of the Trust Agreement.
Certificate Registrar means the register mentioned and the registrar appointed pursuant to Section 3.4.
Securities Depository means The Depository Trust Company and any other clearing agency registered with the SEC under Section 17A of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the “1934 Act”), which acts as a system for the central handling of Securities where all Securities of any particular class or series of an issuer deposited within the system are treated as fungible and may be transferred or pledged by bookkeeping entry without physical delivery of the Securities.
Common Depository has the meaning specified in Section 304(b).
Rights Registrar shall have the respective meanings ascribed thereto in subsection 2.6(a) hereof.
Debenture Registrar shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.7(b).
Branch Register means any branch Register of such category or categories of Members as the Company may from time to time determine.
Note Register and Note Registrar As defined in the Indenture.
Securities Depository Nominee means, as to any Securities Depository, such Securities Depository or the nominee of such Securities Depository in whose name there shall be registered on the registration books maintained by any Registrar, the Bond certificates to be delivered to and immobilized at such Securities Depository during the continuation with such Securities Depository of participation in its book-entry system.
