Applicable Safeguards definition

Applicable Safeguards means the state and federal provisions listed in Section 2.1 of this Attachment.

Examples of Applicable Safeguards in a sentence

Related to Applicable Safeguards

  • Data Safeguards means the highest industry-standard safeguards (including administrative, physical, technical, and procedural safeguards) against the destruction, loss, misuse, unauthorized disclosure, or alteration of the JBE Data or Confidential Information, and such other related safeguards that are set forth in Applicable Laws, a Statement of Work, or pursuant to JBE policies or procedures.

  • Technical safeguards means the technology and the policy and procedures for its use that 27 protect electronic PHI and control access to it.

  • Administrative Safeguards are administrative actions, and policies and procedures, to manage the selection, development, implementation, and maintenance of security measures to protect electronic PHI and to manage the conduct of Contractor’s workforce in relation to the protection of that information.

  • Safeguarding means measures or controls that are prescribed to protect information systems.

  • Internal Procedures means in respect of the making of any one or more entries to, changes in or deletions of any one or more entries in the register at any time (including without limitation, original issuance or registration of transfer of ownership) the minimum number of the Warrant Agent’s internal procedures customary at such time for the entry, change or deletion made to be complete under the operating procedures followed at the time by the Warrant Agent, it being understood that neither preparation and issuance shall constitute part of such procedures for any purpose of this definition;

  • Safeguards Monitoring Report means each report prepared and submitted by the Borrower to ADB that describes progress with implementation of and compliance with the EMP and the RP (as applicable), including any corrective and preventative actions;

  • Bidding Procedures means the bidding procedures for the solicitation and submission of bids for a sale, reorganization, or other disposition of Sellers or all or substantially all of their assets approved by the Bankruptcy Court pursuant to the Bidding Procedures Order.

  • Compliance Program means the program established by CNYCC to prevent, detect, and address compliance issues that arise with respect to PPS operations, projects or activities.

  • Applicable Legal Requirements means all laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, orders, principles of common law, permits, judgments, directives and other requirements imposed by federal, state, municipal and other governmental authorities having competent jurisdiction over the subject matter, including, without limitation, applicable environmental laws.

  • Operating Procedures means the standard internal operating procedures and compliance policies established by the Company to implement the Compliance Plan.
