Section 9.3.3. An employee adopting or receiving permanent custody of a child through the age of five (5) shall be 3 granted an adoption leave without pay for a period of up to twelve (12) weeks after taking custody.

Unpaid Family Medical Leave may be used during 35 parental leave, by eligible employees, to the extent it is available.
