Applicable Trust Deed definition

Applicable Trust Deed means the 12th Supplemental Trust Deed, the 15th Supplemental Trust Deed or the 16th Supplemental Trust Deed (as the case may be).Unless the context otherwise requires or otherwise defined herein, terms used in this notice shall bear the meanings given to them in the Applicable Trust Deed.   • Applicable Trust Has the meaning specified in the recitals hereto.
