Application Workload definition

Application Workload means a single copy of any Application generated by Grass Valley.
Application Workload means a single copy of any Application generated by Grass Valley. “Associates” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

Examples of Application Workload in a sentence

  • For each Application Workload used on a Consumption basis, the Consumption Fee shall be calculated by multiplying together the following: the Token Price, the applicable Token Rate, and the Consumption Time for such Application Workload.

  • For each Application Workload used through a Subscription, the Subscription Fee shall be calculated by multiplying the Token Price by the quantity of Tokens specified in the Subscription column of Schedule A for the relevant Application.

  • The Platform Access Fee shall be automatically invoiced annually thereafter upon renewal, subject to the non-renewal terms of Section 7.1.1. The Consumption Fees shall accrue and be payable upon Use of any Application Workload by Managed Service Provider and shall be due within thirty (30) calendar days after the date of Grass Valley’s invoice.

  • As an illustrative example, for each Application Workload used on a Consumption basis, the Consumption Fee will be calculated by multiplying together the following: the Token Price, the applicable Token Rate, and the Consumption Time for such Application Workload.

  • Customer automatically issues a non-refundable Order for Consumption for the relevant Application Workload when any User Uses such Application Workload before Ordering any Subscription for such Application Workload.

  • The Platform Access Fee shall be automatically invoiced annually thereafter upon renewal, subject to the non-renewal terms of Section 7.1.1. The Consumption Fees shall accrue and be payable upon Use of any Application Workload by Customer and shall be due within thirty (30) calendar days after the date of Grass Valley’s invoice.

  • If Managed Service Provider submits an Order change to cancel any Application or Application Workload having a Subscription scheduled to start the calendar month following the date of such submission, Grass Valley shall not charge Managed Service Provider for the Subscription Fee corresponding to such cancelled Application or Application Workload, as the case may be.

  • For each Application Workload used through a Subscription, the Subscription Fee is specified in the Platform Administrative Tools.

  • If Customer submits an Order change to cancel any Application or Application Workload having a Subscription scheduled to start the calendar month following the date of such submission, Grass Valley shall not charge Customer for the Subscription Fee corresponding to such cancelled Application or Application Workload, as the case may be.

  • Managed Service Provider automatically issues a non-refundable Order for Consumption for the relevant Application Workload when any User Uses such Application Workload before Ordering any Subscription for such Application Workload.

Related to Application Workload

  • Application area means the area where the coating is applied by spraying, dipping, or flow coating techniques.

  • Application Services means the hosted applications and related services as described in Exhibit A.

  • Installation Work means the construction and installation of the System and the Start-up, testing and acceptance (but not the operation and maintenance) thereof; all performed by or for the Power Producer at the Premises.

  • Application Review Start Date means the later date of either the date on which the District issues its written notice that the Applicant has submitted a completed Application or the date on which the Comptroller issues its written notice that the Applicant has submitted a completed Application and as further identified in Section 2.3.A of this Agreement.

  • Construction Works means all works and things necessary to complete the Project in accordance with this Agreement;

  • demolition work means a method to dismantle, wreck, break, pull down or knock down of a structure or part thereof by way of manual labour, machinery, or the use of explosives;

  • Contract Work means everything required to be furnished and done by the Contractor by any one or more of the parts of the Contract referred to in Article 1, except Extra Work as hereinafter defined.

  • Development Work means any work carried out in relation to the physical construction of a mine;

  • Tenant Improvement Work means the construction of the Tenant Improvements, together with any related work (including demolition) that is necessary to construct the Tenant Improvements.

  • Application Software means Software formulated to perform specific business or technical functions and interface with the business or technical users of the System and is identified as such in Appendix4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Application Software.

  • Software Application means a digital product or service as defined in Article 2, point 13, of Regulation (EU) …/… [on contestable and fair markets in the digital sector (Digital Markets Act)];

  • Construction Activities means the disturbance of soils associated with clearing, grading, excavation activities or other construction-related activities.

  • Installation Works means, as the context so requires,

  • job work means any treatment or process undertaken by a person on goods belonging to another registered person and the expression “job worker” shall be construed accordingly;

  • Application Programming Interface or “API” means the application programming interface materials and related documentation containing all data and information to allow skilled Software developers to create Software interfaces that interface or interact with other specified Software.

  • Client Application means an application developed by Licensee that a) utilizes the Runtime Product, b) is installed fully on an end user’s machine, with all report processing local to that machine, and c) adds significant and primary functionality to the Runtime Product.

  • Project Work means the work required to complete the Project.

  • Project Application means the federal Section 5311 operating assistance project application submitted by the Municipal Corporation to, and as approved by the Commissioner for the Project described in Appendix C of this Agreement, including all project supporting information submitted therewith;

  • Project Improvements means site improvements and facilities that are:

  • Standard Specifications means a compilation in book form of specifica- tions approved for general application and repetitive use;

  • Renewal Application means a document used to collect pertinent data for renewal of permits

  • Development Application means the development application identified in Item 5 of Schedule 1 and includes all plans, reports models, photomontages, material boards (as amended supplemented) submitted to the consent authority before the determination of that Development Application.
