Appointment Procedures means, with respect to the appointment of a successor Collateral Manager, the following procedures:

Examples of Appointment Procedures in a sentence

  • If the two arbitrators do not agree on a third arbitrator within fifteen (15) days of the date on which the second arbitrator was appointed, the parties shall employ the XXXXX-U.S. Umpire Appointment Procedures to appoint the third arbitrator.
