Appropriate Member of the Ashford Trust Group definition

Appropriate Member of the Ashford Trust Group means the member or members of the Ashford Trust Group, if any, whose acts, conduct or omissions or failures to act caused, gave rise to or resulted in the Loss from and against which indemnity is provided.
