Appropriate secure facility definition

Appropriate secure facility means a state facility that is designed to confine but not necessarily to treat a sexually violent predator.

  • Eligible facility means a gas-fired electric generation facility with a nominal capacity of 1,000 MW or less.

  • Multifamily dwelling means a structure that contains more than one separate residential dwelling unit, which is used or occupied, or intended to be used or occupied, in whole or in part, as the home or residence of one or more persons.

  • Qualified facility means a permanent facility within this state equipped for the production of motion pictures, television shows, or digital media production that meets all of the following requirements:
