Approval of an engine definition

Approval of an engine means the approval of an engine type with regard to its net power measured in accordance with the procedure specified in Annex 4 to this Regulation;
Approval of an engine means the approval of an engine type or family with regard to the level of emission of gaseous and particulate pollutants by the engine;

Related to Approval of an engine

  • Approval of a vehicle means the approval of a vehicle type with regard to sound;

  • Regulatory Approval means the approval and authorization of a Regulatory Authority in a country necessary to develop, manufacture, distribute, sell, or market a Product in that country, including pricing and reimbursement approval.

  • Final Approval means the Court’s order granting final approval of the Settlement.

  • Final Approval Hearing means the hearing before the Court where the Parties will request the Final Judgment to be entered by the Court approving the Settlement Agreement, the Fee Award, and the incentive award to the Class Representative.

  • Licensed Product means any pharmaceutical product containing a Licensed Compound (alone or with other active ingredients), in all forms, presentations, formulations and dosage forms.

  • Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) means the Government Agency responsible for oversight of public procurement.

  • Traffic control device means a flagger, sign, signal, marking, or other device used to regulate, warn or guide traffic, placed on, over, or adjacent to a street, highway, private road open to public travel, pedestrian facility, or shared-use path by authority of a public agency or official having jurisdiction, or, in the case of a private road open to public travel, by authority of the private owner or private official having jurisdiction.
