Approval Standard definition

Approval Standard shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 6.1 hereof.
Approval Standard means, with respect to certain consent rights of Lender in the Loan Documents and which consent rights are made expressly subject to the “Approval Standard”, any action by Borrower or Operating Lessee that requires the prior approval of Lender shall, following a Securitization, be subject to the following standards:

Examples of Approval Standard in a sentence

  • Seller may cancel any Operating Agreement, Occupancy Agreement or Leased Property Agreement at any time prior to the Closing with the prior written consent of Purchaser, which consent shall be subject to the Approval Standard; provided, however, if Seller elects to cancel any such agreement, Seller shall pay any termination fee associated with such termination, and shall give Purchaser notice of such termination.

Related to Approval Standard

  • Technical standard means a document that specifies design, predicted performance and operation and maintenance specifications for a material, device or method.

  • Approval means the prior written consent of the Authority and "Approve" and "Approved" shall be construed accordingly;

  • CPUC Approval means a final and non-appealable order of the CPUC, without conditions or modifications unacceptable to the Parties, or either of them, which contains the following terms:

  • Design Standards means the standards developed as a requirement of the Programmatic Agreement
