Approved Airport Layout Plan definition

Approved Airport Layout Plan means a fully executed plan that includes approval signatures from the FAA, DOAV and Chesterfield County showing boundaries and proposed additions to all areas owned or controlled by Chesterfield County for airport purposes, the location and nature of existing and proposed airport facilities and structures, and the location on the airport for existing and proposed non-aviation areas and improvements thereon.
