Approved Annual Plan definition

Approved Annual Plan means the then applicable Proposed Annual Plan approved in accordance with the provisions of Section 8.5.
Approved Annual Plan means the annual plan of the Company approved (or deemed to have been approved) by the Members pursuant to Section 8.4(b) of this Agreement, as the same may be amended from time to time as herein provided. 1.10

  • In accordance with the applicable Approved Annual Plan and Operating Budget for the Fiscal Year, Manager shall install systems on behalf of Owner for monitoring of all funds (the “Internal Control Systems”) which control systems shall be installed with the intent to comply with all Legal Requirements, and Manager shall make reasonable efforts to give Owner notice prior to any such change, but in any event, promptly thereafter.

More Definitions of Approved Annual Plan

Approved Annual Plan. (AAP) means the approved plan(s) which outlines the Work anticipated to be undertaken for the year at a site (SEWPCC or NEWPCC). The AAP is the City approved version of the Proposed Annual Plan (PAP).

Related to Approved Annual Plan

  • Approved Annual Budget shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.1.11(d) hereof.

  • Annual Plan means the annual plan of the Trust which is prepared in accordance with clause 9.1;

  • Commercial plan means a subcontracting plan (including goals) that covers the offeror’s fiscal year and that applies to the entire production of commercial items sold by either the entire company or a portion thereof (e.g., division, plant, or product line).

  • Number of Students Who Began Program means the number of students who began the program who are scheduled to complete the program within the reporting calendar year.

  • Projected Annual Benefit means the annual retirement benefit (adjusted to an actuarially equivalent straight life annuity if such benefit is expressed in a form other than a straight life annuity or qualified joint and survivor annuity) to which the Member would be entitled under the terms of the plan assuming:

  • Semi-Annual Period means each period of six-months, commencing on the first day of a Fiscal Year; provided that the first such period shall begin on July 1, 2013 and end on December 31, 2013.

  • Number of Students Who Began the Program means the number of students who began a program who were scheduled to complete the program within 100% of the published program length within the reporting calendar year and excludes all students who cancelled during the cancellation period.

  • Program Year means the annual period beginning January 1 and ending December 31.

  • Semi-annual (2/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done during the months of June and December, unless specifically identified otherwise.

  • Annual Budget means the operating budget, including all planned capital expenditures, for the Property prepared by Borrower for the applicable Fiscal Year or other period.

  • Average Annual Bonus means the average of the annual bonuses (if any) from the Company earned by the Executive with respect to the Bonus Fiscal Years during all or any portion of which the Executive was employed by the Company; and, provided, further, that, if the Executive was not employed by the Company during all or any portion of any of the Bonus Fiscal Years, “Average Annual Bonus” means zero.

  • Annual Operating Plan has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 15.3(b)(i).

Base Annual Salary shall be calculated before reduction for compensation voluntarily deferred or contributed by the Participant pursuant to all qualified or non-qualified plans of any Employer and shall be calculated to include amounts not otherwise included in the Participant’s gross income under Code Sections 125, 132(f), 402(e)(3), 402(h), or 403(b) pursuant to plans established by any Employer; provided, however, that all such amounts will be included in compensation only to the extent that, had there been no such plan, the amount would have been payable in cash to the Employee.

  • Pro Rata Annual Bonus means the amount of Annual Bonus, multiplied by a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of days in such year during which the Executive was actually employed by the Company (or its predecessor) and the denominator of which is 365.

  • MONTHLY KILOMETREAGE STATEMENT CUM BILL means the format specified by the Company.

  • Participating Retail Health Clinic means a Retail Health Clinic which has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Effective date of enrollment means the first date when an en- rollee is entitled to receive covered benefits.

  • Maximum Annual Debt Service means the largest Annual Debt Service for any Bond Year after the calculation is made through the final maturity date of any Outstanding Bonds.
