Approved hours mean hours worked with the approval of the Appropriate Manager.

  • Approved hours of continuing competency activity shall be one of the following types: 1.

  • OVERTIME (defined) - Approved hours in excess of an Employee's basic work week are overtime.

  • AAMFT Approved hours may be either individual or group supervision.

  • Approved hours in excess of an Employee's basic work week are overtime.

  • Approved hours are set at the sole direction of the City and are subject to modification from those listed in the table.

  • Approved hours responding to an emergency will be charged as vacation or compensating time upon return to work.

Related to Approved hours

  • Base Hours means the hours of work for which a staff member receives compensation. Base hours shall include overtime hours for which a staff member is paid additional or overtime compensation, and hours for which a staff member receives workers’ compensation benefits. Base hours shall also include hours a staff member would have worked except for having been in military service. Base hours do not include hours for when a staff member receives other types of compensation, such as administrative, personal leave, vacation, or sick leave.

  • Market Hours means the hours during which we are prepared to provide quotes for Our Price and execute Trades and Orders in a Market, as further specified in the Market Information.

  • Ordinary Hours means the ordinary hours that the Employee is required to work, being 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday inclusive, and which will average 36 hours per week worked over a 4 week cycle. However, ordinary daily hours and/or shifts may be worked outside the span of hours contained herein (see clause 6.1).

  • Core Hours means the period beginning at 8am and ending at 6.30pm on any day from Monday to Friday except Good Friday, Christmas Day or bank holidays;

Must include at least one hour during the morning commute hours and one during evening commute hours, Monday through Friday. Each Peak Period cannot be longer than three hours.

  • 24 hours means a period of 24 hours including all or part of a day upon which banks are open for business in both the place where the relevant meeting is to be held and in each of the places where the Paying Agents have their specified offices (disregarding for this purpose the day upon which such meeting is to be held) and such period shall be extended by one period or, to the extent necessary, more periods of 24 hours until there is included as aforesaid all or part of a day upon which banks are open for business in all of the places as aforesaid; and

  • Hours As used herein, the term "Hours" shall mean sequential sixty (60) minute time frames.

  • Service Hours means the amount of time (measured in hours or fractions thereof) a Unit is Delivering Energy or Ancillary Services pursuant to a Dispatch Notice.
