Approved Housing means in respect of any:

Examples of Approved Housing in a sentence

  • Landlord may be in breach of Contract for the following reasons: (A) Landlord fails to maintain property according to BYU-Idaho requirements as stated in the Approved Housing Guidebook; (B) Landlord materially misrepresents property on website and/or in written information such as e-mails, flyers, brochures, etc.; or (C) Landlord suffers, permits, or maintains any nuisance or any health or safety hazard on the premises.

  • I understand that the Approved Housing Guidebook is expressly incorporated into this Contract, and that I am bound by its terms in addition to the terms of this Contract.

  • I understand that violation of any policy or standard found in the Approved Housing Guidebook may be sufficient cause for termination of the Contract and eviction.

  • The process for withdrawing University approval will be followed as delineated in the Approved Housing Guidebook.

  • Landlord agrees to: (A) maintain the property in compliance with all applicable state, county, and city laws and codes and the BYU-Idaho Uniform Physical Condition Standards as stated in the Approved Housing Guidebook; (B) provide furnishings and appliances in a safe, clean, and operable condition; (C) respond promptly to emergencies and maintenance requests; and (D) work with due diligence to correct any problems.

  • Unresolved disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration outlined in the Approved Housing Guidebook.

  • By this Agreement BYU-Idaho grants Landlord “Approved Landlord” status and those properties of the Landlord that have been identified as properties to participate in BYU-Idaho’s Approved Housing program are given “approved” status.

  • No later than December 31 of the calendar year for which this Agreement is effective, Xxxxxxxx agrees to permit and coordinate an inspection of the approved property in order to verify compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and with BYU-Idaho’s Approved Housing program.

  • Contracts and Addenda Must be Approved Housing contracts, addenda, parking contracts, payment plans, and any other documents that are part of the contracting process must be approved by the Housing & Student Living Office.

  • Approved Housing Uniform Physical Condition Standards‌ The following sections clearly define the Uniform Physical Condition Standards associated with BYU- Idaho approved housing.

  • Multifamily housing means housing accommodations designed as a residence for more than 1 family.

  • Supportive housing means housing with no limit on length of stay, that is occupied by the target population, and that is linked to an onsite or offsite service that assists the supportive housing resident in retaining the housing, improving his or her health status, and maximizing his or her ability to live and, when possible, work in the community.

  • Manufactured housing means “manufactured home” as defined in section 321.1.

  • Affordable housing means housing that is available at a cost low enough to meet the needs of eligible households having regard to local incomes and local house prices and which will remain at an affordable price for future eligible households or, if not, that the subsidy is recycled for alternative affordable housing provision

  • Affordable housing development means a development included in the Housing Element and Fair Share Plan, and includes, but is not limited to, an inclusionary development, a municipal construction project or a 100 percent affordable development.

  • Affordable Housing Unit means a rental unit in an affordable housing building that rents for an amount that is affordable to households at or below 60 percent of area median income, as median income was most recently determined by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development for the Minneapolis- St. Paul- Bloomington, Minnesota-Wisconsin Metropolitan Statistical Area, as adjusted for household size and number of bedrooms.

  • Rental housing means development of a building or structure with four or more dwelling units all of which are intended for use as rented residential premises.

  • Affordable Housing Cost means an amount satisfied by:

  • Michigan state housing development authority means the public body corporate and politic created by Section 21 of the State Housing Development Authority Act of 1966, 1966 PA 346, MCL 125.1421.

  • Tube housing assembly means the tube housing with tube installed. It includes high-voltage and/or filament transformers and other appropriate elements when such are contained within the tube housing.

  • Affordable Housing Units – means the Affordable Housing to be provided as part of the Development in accordance with the application and/or any subsequent reserved matters approval.

  • Target housing means any housing constructed prior to 1978, except housing for the elderly or persons with disabilities (unless any one or more children age 6 years or under resides or is expected to reside in such housing for the elderly or persons with disabilities) or any 0-bedroom dwelling.

  • Commercial property means property formerly or currently used primarily for business, retail, governmental or professional purposes.

  • Workforce housing means housing for sale or rent with combined rental costs

  • Residential real estate means any real property located in this state, upon which is constructed or intended to be constructed a dwelling;

  • Residential real property means real property improved by a one to four family dwelling used or occupied, or intended to be used or occupied, wholly or partly, as the home or residence of one or more persons, but shall not refer to (a) unimproved real property upon which such dwellings are to be constructed or (b) condominium units or cooperative apartments or (c) property on a homeowners’ association that is not owned in fee simple by the seller.
