Approved Maintenance Provider definition

Approved Maintenance Provider means such maintenance provider or providers as are approved and internationally recognised by the BCAA and/or EASA to perform maintenance, overhaul, repair and modification in respect of aircraft, engines or parts of the same type as the Aircraft, Engines or Parts and which have recognised standing and experience, facilities and suitable equipment to perform such services on aircraft and/or engines and/or parts of the same or improved model as the Aircraft or, in the case of engines, the Engines or Parts;
Approved Maintenance Provider means any maintenance performer appointed or to be appointed by Lessee or any Approved Sublessee to undertake maintenance on the Aircraft who Lessee or any Approved Sublessee, in each case, acting reasonably, is satisfied:
Approved Maintenance Provider means a maintenance facility certificated by the FAA pursuant to FAR Part 145, and approved by the FAA for the accomplishment of the maintenance, testing, inspection, repair, overhaul or modification that is intended to be accomplished with respect to the Airframe, any Engine, any Propeller, the Landing Gear, or any Part, as the case may be.

Approved Maintenance Provider means: (i) with respect to any scheduled maintenance or any modification or alteration to the Aircraft, Lessee, Hamixxxx Xxxation of Tucson, Arizona or Aero Corporation of Lake City, Florida, or AAR of Oklahoma, or any other Person which is an FAA approved maintenance facility and which is approved in advance in writing by Lessor to perform maintenance on the Aircraft; and (ii) with respect to any other required maintenance hereunder, an FAA approved maintenance facility which is approved in writing, in advance, by Lessor. Basic Rent shall mean the rent for the Aircraft specified on Exhibit C and payable throughout the Term for the Aircraft pursuant to Section 4(a) hereof.
