Approved Maintenance Provider means such maintenance provider or providers as are approved and internationally recognised by the BCAA and/or EASA to perform maintenance, overhaul, repair and modification in respect of aircraft, engines or parts of the same type as the Aircraft, Engines or Parts and which have recognised standing and experience, facilities and suitable equipment to perform such services on aircraft and/or engines and/or parts of the same or improved model as the Aircraft or, in the case of engines, the Engines or Parts;

Approved Maintenance Provider means a maintenance facility certificated by the FAA pursuant to FAR Part 145, and approved by the FAA for the accomplishment of the maintenance, testing, inspection, repair, overhaul or modification that is intended to be accomplished with respect to the Airframe, any Engine, any Propeller, the Landing Gear, or any Part, as the case may be.

• Prior to the accomplishment of any Maintenance Check for which Lessee intends to make a Maintenance Reserve Claim, Lessee shall provide Lessor with the workscope and, to the extent available from the Approved Maintenance Provider, the estimated cost of accomplishing such Maintenance Check, for approval by Lessor as to whether or not such workscope complies with the requirements for reimbursement as set forth in this Appendix 2C herein.

• At all times from the Delivery Date until expiration or earlier termination of the Lease Period and redelivery of the Aircraft pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, Lessee shall perform or cause to be performed all service, inspection, maintenance, modification, storage, repair and overhaul in respect of the Aircraft by an Approved Maintenance Provider in accordance with and pursuant to the requirements of the Maintenance Program.

• Prior to the accomplishment of any Maintenance Check for which Lessee intends to make a Maintenance Reserve Claim, Lessee shall provide Lessor with the workscope and, to the extent available from the Approved Maintenance Provider, the estimated cost of accomplishing such Maintenance Check, for approval by Lessor as to whether or not such workscope complies with the requirements for reimbursement as set forth in this Appendix 2D herein.

• Lessee shall promptly submit to Lessor detailed and substantiated labor and material invoices for all maintenance for which reimbursement is sought under this Section 3 and in any event, not later than the 30th day following receipt by Lessee of such invoices from the Approved Maintenance Provider and any parts supplier (or, if such maintenance is performed by Lessee, not later than the 30th day following completion of such maintenance).

• The following definitions apply to Managed WOS Service Approved Maintenance Provider A provider of maintenance services as approved by Verizon from time to time that is contracted for by the Customer.

• Other than Parts which constitute the Hush Kits, Lessee, at its own cost and expense, will promptly replace or cause to be replaced by the Approved Maintenance Provider, or applicable vendor of the same, all Parts which may from time to time become worn out, lost, stolen, destroyed, seized, confiscated, damaged beyond repair or permanently rendered unfit for use for any reason whatsoever.

• Lessee, at its own cost and expense, will promptly replace or cause to be replaced by the Approved Maintenance Provider, or applicable vendor of the same, all Parts which may from time to time become worn out, lost, stolen, destroyed, seized, confiscated, damaged beyond repair or permanently rendered unfit for use for any reason whatsoever.

• Managed Devices must be under a 24 hours a day, seven days a week maintenance coverage plan with a 4 hour response time with Verizon or an Approved Maintenance Provider.

• WAN Accelerators not under 24 x 7 maintenance coverage with a 4 hour response time with Verizon or an Approved Maintenance Provider.

More Definitions of Approved Maintenance Provider

Approved Maintenance Provider means: (i) with respect to any scheduled maintenance or any modification or alteration to the Aircraft, Lessee, Hami▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ation of Tucson, Arizona or Aero Corporation of Lake City, Florida, or AAR of Oklahoma, or any other Person which is an FAA approved maintenance facility and which is approved in advance in writing by Lessor to perform maintenance on the Aircraft; and (ii) with respect to any other required maintenance hereunder, an FAA approved maintenance facility which is approved in writing, in advance, by Lessor. Basic Rent shall mean the rent for the Aircraft specified on Exhibit C and payable throughout the Term for the Aircraft pursuant to Section 4(a) hereof.
