Methodology means a document describing how a designated benchmark administrator determines a designated benchmark;
CAISO Approved Meter means a CAISO approved revenue quality meter or meters, CAISO approved data processing gateway or remote intelligence gateway, telemetering equipment and data acquisition services sufficient for monitoring, recording and reporting, in real time, all Facility Energy delivered to the Delivery Point.
Standard Methods means the examination and analytical procedures set forth in the most recent edition of "Standard Methods for the Examination of Water and Wastewater" published jointly by the American Public Health Association, the American Water Works Association, and the Water Pollution Control Federation.
Approved laboratory means a laboratory that is listed in the national conference of interstate milk shipments list of sanitation compliance and enforcement ratings distributed by the United States food and drug administration and as approved by the director.
Approved Third-Party Appraiser means each of (a) Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx & Co., (b) Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxx & Xxxxx Inc., (c) Lincoln International LLC (formerly known as Lincoln Partners LLC), (d) Duff & Xxxxxx Corporation, (e) Valuation Research Corporation, (f) Xxxxxxx & Xxxxxx, (g) Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx and (h) any other third party appraiser selected by the Borrower in its reasonable discretion.
Labour-Based Methods means work methods whereby activities are carried out using labour where technically and economically viable and appropriate equipment is only used when labour alone will not achieve the required standards.
Approved Valuer means a firm of valuers recognized as such by the Income Tax Department and having experience of valuing at least 5 (five) properties exceeding Rs. 100 cr. (Rupees one hundred crore) each in value;
Approved Source means Cisco or a Cisco authorized reseller, distributor or systems integrator.
Reference method means any direct test method of sampling and analyzing for an air pollutant as specified in 40 CFR 60, Appendix A*.
Licensed Method means any method that uses Technology, or that is claimed in Patent Rights (as defined below), the use of which would constitute, but for the license granted to LICENSEE under this Agreement, an infringement, an inducement to infringe or contributory infringement, of any pending or issued claim within Patent Rights.
Alternative method means any method of sampling and analyzing for an air pollutant which is not a reference or equivalent method, but which has been demonstrated to the satisfaction of the board, in specific cases, to produce results adequate for its determination of compliance.
Approved program or "approved state" means a state or interstate program that has been approved or authorized by EPA under 40 CFR Part 123 (2000).

Approved List means Securities followed by the Global Fundamental Research Group and tracked on the Approved List. Securities may be added, removed, or undergo periodic ratings changes.
Brand Name or Equal Specification means a specification which uses one or more manufacturer’s names or catalogue numbers to describe the standard of quality, performance, and other characteristics needed to meet District requirements, and which provides for the submission of equivalent products.

Valuation Assumptions means, as of an Early Termination Date, the assumptions that (1) in each Taxable Year ending on or after such Early Termination Date, the Corporate Taxpayer will have taxable income sufficient to fully utilize the deductions arising from the Basis Adjustments and Imputed Interest during such Taxable Year or future Taxable Years (including, for the avoidance of doubt, Basis Adjustments and Imputed Interest that would result from future Tax Benefit Payments that would be paid in accordance with the Valuation Assumptions) in which such deductions would become available, (2) the U.S. federal income tax rates and state and local income tax rates that will be in effect for each such Taxable Year will be those specified for each such Taxable Year by the Code and other law as in effect on the Early Termination Date, (3) any loss carryovers generated by deductions arising from Basis Adjustments, the NOLs or Imputed Interest that are available as of such Early Termination Date will be utilized by the Corporate Taxpayer on a pro rata basis from the Early Termination Date through the scheduled expiration date of such loss carryovers, (4) any non-amortizable assets will be disposed of on the fifteenth anniversary of the applicable Basis Adjustment; provided, that in the event of a Change of Control, such non-amortizable assets shall be deemed disposed of at the time of sale of the relevant asset (if earlier than such fifteenth anniversary), and (5) if, at the Early Termination Date, there are Common Units that have not been Exchanged, then each such Common Unit shall be deemed to be Exchanged for the Market Value of the number of shares of Class A Common Stock and the amount of cash that would be transferred if the Exchange occurred on the Early Termination Date.
Generally accepted auditing standards means the International Standards on Auditing issued by the International Auditing and Assurance Standards Board or as prescribed;
Approved Location means (a) a storage terminal or facility located in the United States or Canada owned by the Borrower or a Subsidiary; or (b) other storage location located in the United States or Canada identified by the Borrower by notice to the Administrative Agent for which, if requested by the Administrative Agent, the Borrower has used commercially reasonable efforts to cause the owner, operator or landlord thereof to execute and deliver, a waiver of lien, subordination agreement or similar agreement in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent with respect to any inventories of Petroleum Products stored at such terminal or facility.
Approved Appraiser means any of the following: Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx, H Xxxxxxxx & Co. Ltd., London, X.X. Xxxxxx Shipbrokers, Norway, or Fearnley AS, Norway.
Approved program or approved State means a State administered NPDES program which has been approved or authorized by EPA under 40 CFR Part 123.
Single tomogram system means a CT x-ray system which obtains x-ray transmission data during a scan to produce a single tomogram.
Uniform System means the Uniform System of Accounts for the Lodging Industry, Tenth Revised Edition 2006, as published by the Education Institute of the American Hotel & Motel Association, as revised from time to time to the extent such revision has been or is in the process of being generally implemented within such Uniform System of Accounts.
Approved Product means any water fitting, plumbing product, material or component which is the subject of an existing WRAS Approval;
