Manufactured/mobile home means either a manufactured home or a mobile home;
Special mobile equipment means a vehicle not designed for the transportation of persons or
Calling Name Delivery Service (CNDS means a service that enables a terminating End User to identify the calling Party by a displayed name before a call is answered. The calling Party’s name is retrieved from a calling name database and delivered to the End User’s premise between the first and second ring for display on compatible End User premises equipment.
CAISO-Approved Meter means a CAISO approved revenue quality meter or meters, CAISO approved data processing gateway or remote intelligence gateway, telemetering equipment and data acquisition services sufficient for monitoring, recording and reporting, in real time, all electric energy produced by the Generating Facility less Station Use.
maximum content of non-originating materials means the maximum content of non-originating materials which is permitted in order to consider a manufacture to be working or processing sufficient to confer originating status on the product. It may be expressed as a percentage of the ex-works price of the product or as a percentage of the net weight of these materials used falling under a specified group of chapters, chapter, heading or subheading;
Delivery Location means the Supplier's premises or other location where the Services are to be supplied, as set out in the Order;
Mobile equipment means any of the following types of land vehicles, including any attached machinery or equipment:
Service delivery area means the defined geographic area for delivery of program services.
Stinger-steered automobile or watercraft transporter means an automobile or watercraft transporter
long term specified asset means any bond, redeemable after three years and issued on or after the 1st day of April 2006:
Existing Manufactured Home Park or Manufactured Home Subdivision means a manufactured home park or subdivision for which the construction of facilities for servicing the lots on which the manufactured homes are to be affixed (including, at a minimum, the installation of utilities, the construction of streets, and either final site grading or the pouring of concrete pads) was completed before the initial effective date of the floodplain management regulations adopted by the community.
Manufactured home dealer means any person, firm or
Delivery Schedule means the schedule for the delivery of Services as set forth in attached Annex 3.
Service Equipment means any equipment, Software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by or on behalf of Verizon and used to facilitate provision of the Services at a Customer Site. Ownership of the Service Equipment does not pass to Customer. Service Equipment does not include Verizon Facilities.
Automobile or watercraft transporters means any tractor truck, lowboy, vehicle, or combination,
Manufactured home park means any tract of land upon which three or more manufactured or mobile homes used for habitation are parked, either free of charge or for revenue purposes, and includes any roadway, building, structure, vehicle, or enclosure used or intended for use as a part of the facilities of the park. "Manufactured home park" does not include any of the following:
Authorized aftermarket manufacturer means an organization that fabricates a part under a contract with, or with the express written authority of, the original component manufacturer based on the original component manufacturer’s designs, formulas and/or specifications.
Manufactured housing means “manufactured home” as defined in section 321.1.
Manufactured dwelling means a residential trailer, a mobile home or a manufactured
Fuel burning equipment means any furnace, boiler, apparatus, stack and all associated equipment, used in the process of burning fuel.
Eligible customer-generator means a customer-generator whose net energy metering system for renewable resources, cogeneration, fuel cells, and microturbines meets all applicable safety and performance standards.
Mobile Device means a computing device, typically smaller than a notebook, which runs a mobile operating system, such as iOS, Android, or Windows Phone. Mobile Devices include smart phones, most tablets, and other form factors.
Mobile App means the mobile application made available to you by the Bank or its service provider through which you may obtain information regarding, and otherwise manage, your Account.
