Approved Mobile Delivery Means definition

Approved Mobile Delivery Means means the secured Streamed delivery of audio-visual content to an Approved Mobile Device over a Licensor-approved, closed, wireless network (meaning that all network access is limited to only authorized subscribers that have been authenticated), utilizing Licensor-approved back-end content delivery systems. In no event shall Approved Mobile Delivery Means include downloading, recording or retention of content on the device of an end user; provided, however, that where technically necessary solely to facilitate Streaming, limited storage of a partial file on a transitory basis for buffering or caching is allowed (which buffering or caching shall not exceed twenty-five percent (25%) of the total run time of the Program).

  • Mobile Devices means tablets and smartphones running mobile operating systems (e.g., iOS, Blackberry OS, Android, or Windows Mobile operating systems). Laptops are not considered to be Mobile Devices.

  • Airport Ground Support Equipment means vehicles and equipment used at an airport to service aircraft between flights.

  • Delivery Schedule means the schedule for the delivery of Services as set forth in attached Annex 3.

  • Value-added non-voice data service means a telecommunications service in which computer processing applications are used to act on the form, content, code, or protocol of the information or data primarily for a purpose other than transmission, conveyance, or routing.

  • Service Equipment means any equipment, Software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by or on behalf of Verizon and used to facilitate provision of the Services at a Customer Site. Ownership of the Service Equipment does not pass to Customer. Service Equipment does not include Verizon Facilities.

  • Automobile or watercraft transporters means any tractor truck, lowboy, vehicle, or combination,

  • Manufactured home park means any tract of land upon which three or more manufactured or mobile homes used for habitation are parked, either free of charge or for revenue purposes, and includes any roadway, building, structure, vehicle, or enclosure used or intended for use as a part of the facilities of the park. "Manufactured home park" does not include any of the following:

The term includes any type of building that is constructed at a manufacturing facility and transported to a building site where it is used for housing and may be purchased or sold by a dealer in the interim. For purposes of this section, 2 types of manufactured housing are included. Those 2 types are:

  • Electronic nicotine delivery system or “(ENDS)” means any device that delivers a vaporized solution (including nicotine, THC, or any other substance) by means of cartridge or other chemical delivery systems.
