Approved OEM means any Third Party original equipment manufacturer, contract manufacturing organization or other similar supplier with respect to the Products that is (i) set forth on Schedule 1, or (ii) proposed by Xxxxxxx after the Effective Date and approved by XxxxxXxxxx in writing.

  • SharkNinja and its designated Affiliates shall have the right to perform quality inspections of (i) any Approved OEM’s facilities in conjunction with inspections conducted by Joyoung or its Affiliates, in each case subject to the terms of the applicable agreements with each such Approved OEM, and (ii) Joyoung and its Affiliates, in each case in connection with the Products.
