Approved Outlets definition

Approved Outlets means first class retail outlets of a quality and standing consistent both with the high reputation of the Licensor for design, merchandising excellence and service and having the image and market positioning of the ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇;
Approved Outlets means an outlet that has been successfully surveyed and deemed eligible for the Services in accordance with condition 3 and is listed in the Approved Outlet(s) List of the Term Sheet;
Approved Outlets are defined as: (i) direct-to-customer subscriptions; (ii) retail establishment at which sales of publications consist of greater than fifty percent (50%) of such establishment’s sales; and (iii) general merchandise stores having total retail space (not including space devoted to either restaurant services or vehicle repair services) in excess of 10,000 square feet and that merchandise the TPI National Publications substantially exclusively on mainline news racks, except for occasional promotional merchandising.

Examples of Approved Outlets in a sentence

  • If the Licensor and the Licensee do not enter into an agreement for the Licensee to sell sunglasses bearing the Trademarks, whether pursuant to this or another agreement, and the Licensor enters into an agreement with a third party to sell sunglasses bearing the Trademarks in the Territory, the Licensor shall hold that third party to the same standards as the Licensee under this Agreement with respect to quality, styling and Approved Outlets.

  • Fees may be payable by the PSIA Manager to certain designated commercial establishments that facilitate the process of issuing and redeeming the Sukuk Certificates (Approved Outlets), and shall be considered as operating expenses of the NBC Sukuk.

  • If the other party refuses to enter into such a new agreement in respect of the SmartDispense Equipment or fails to enter into such an agreement within 7 days of your notice to Heineken, Heineken may terminate this Agreement in respect of the relevant Approved Outlet(s) in accordance with condition 8.2(f).

  • If payment is made by cash by any of the Approved Outlets, then the Sukuk Holder on the record of the Company shall be required to appear in person to collect the cash.

  • Any requests by you or a Proprietor to relocate the SmartDispense Equipment at an Approved Outlet(s) for cosmetic reasons may incur additional costs.
