Approved Territories definition

Approved Territories means the geographical areas described here . “Upgrades” means all updates, upgrades, bug fixes, error corrections, enhancements and other modifications to the Software. The terms of this Lab License (the “Terms”) apply to Your use of the Software and Documentation whether such has been provided by Blue Planet, an affiliate of Blue Planet, or by means an authorized reseller, distributor or systems integrator.
