Approving Resolution definition

Approving Resolution means a resolution to approve a proportional takeover bid in accordance with this Schedule.

Approving Resolution or “Authorizing Resolution” means the resolution adopted by the Agency on June 5, 2018, as amended on January 9, 2019, authorizing the execution and delivery of the Agency Documents, as such resolution may be amended and supplemented from time to time.

Approving Resolution means a resolution to approve the Proportional Takeover Bid;

• The Directors of the Company must ensure that the Approving Resolution is voted on in accordance with this clause before the Relevant Day.

More Definitions of Approving Resolution

Approving Resolution means a resolution passed in accordance with clause 22;
