Agency Documents definition

Agency Documents means the Company Lease and the Lease Agreement. “Agent” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.2(d).
Agency Documents. The documents set forth on Exhibit B to the Custodial Agreement and all additional documents as may be required, supplemented or modified from time to time by the applicable Agency.

Examples of Agency Documents in a sentence

  • Appointment of a successor Agent pursuant to the Agency Documents shall also constitute appointment of a successor Agent under this Mortgage.
