ARA Member means Acadia Realty Acquisition I, LLC and any Person to whom it Transfers its Interest, for so long as such Person shall hold an Interest.

  • Class A Member means a Member holding one or more Class A Ordinary Shares.

  • Managing Member means CEF Equipment Holding, L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company or any successor Managing Member under the Issuer Limited Liability Company Agreement.
