Arbitration Council definition

Arbitration Council means a body consisting of the Chairman and representative of each of the parties to a matter deal with in this Ordinance:
Arbitration Council means a group of three individuals constituted by the Government for the settlement of disputes under section 71 in accordance with the provisions of this Act;
