Arbitration Strategy Committee definition

Arbitration Strategy Committee means the committee of which an arbitrator must be a member in order to be appointed as a Chair of a first tier tribunal or technical appeal committee. In order to be eligible to become a Chair member of the Arbitration Strategy Committee, that arbitrator must be / have been an ICA arbitrator for at least 5 years.

Examples of Arbitration Strategy Committee in a sentence

  • The Chair will be selected from those arbitrators that are members of the ICA Arbitration Strategy Committee.
