ARC Entry definition

ARC Entry means an ARC Entry as defined by the Rules.
ARC Entry means an Account Receivable Conversion Entry as defined by the Rules.
ARC Entry means a single-entry ACH Debit used by Originators for the conversion of a Check received by the U.S. Mail or at a drop box location for the payment of goods or services, as defined more particularly in the ACH Rules.

  • Live Date means the date on which the Trust is converted onto the Administrator’s system and the Administrator begins calculating the Trust’s official net asset values (“NAV”).
