Clearance definition

Clearance means national security clearance and employment checks undertaken by and/or obtained from the Defence Vetting Agency;
Clearance means, as on the date of execution of this Agreement, any consents, licenses, approvals, permits, exemptions, registrations, filings or other authorizations of whatever nature, which is necessary for effective implementation of the Project.
Clearance means any consent, license, approval, registration, certification, exemption, permit, sanction, or other authorization of any nature which is required to be granted by any Government Authority for the scheme and for all such other matters as may be necessary in connection with the scheme.
