Architectural Standards Committee definition

Architectural Standards Committee means the committee appointed by the Board for the purpose of establishing and enforcing the architectural standards of the project. The Committee shall consist of not less than three (3) or more than eight (8) persons.
Architectural Standards Committee or “Committee” shall mean and refer to the committee which shall be appointed by the Developer or the Association’s Board, as appropriate, to approve exterior and structural improvements, additions and changes to the Development as provided in this Declaration.
Architectural Standards Committee means and refer to the committee who shall be appointed by the Association’s Board of Directors to approve exterior and structural improvements, additions, and changes within the Development as provided in Article X hereof.

  • Notwithstanding anything contained in this Article III to the contrary, an Owner may make interior improvements and alterations within his Dwelling that do not affect the exterior appearance of the same without obtaining the approval or review of the Architectural Standards Committee.
