Architectural Standards Committee definition

Architectural Standards Committee means the committee appointed by the Board for the purpose of establishing and enforcing the architectural standards of the project. The Committee shall consist of not less than three (3) or more than eight (8) persons.
Architectural Standards Committee means and refer to the committee who shall be initially appointed by the Declarant and later subject to appointments by the Associations Board of Directors to approve exterior and structural improvements, additions, and changes within Kellam Estates as provided in Article VIII.
Architectural Standards Committee means and refer to the committee who shall be appointed by the Association’s Board of Directors to approve exterior and structural improvements, additions, and changes within the Development as provided in Article X hereof.
