Area Changes. As part of a standard agreement, a district can modify attendance areas once each year and this service is included in the base fee. If the DISTRICT should require additional changes outside the normal cycle of client updating, it would be considered custom GIS work and the district would be invoiced separately.   • Section 502(b)(10) changes means changes that contravene an express permit term or condition.   • Capital Improvement or "Capital Improvement Project" means the acquisition, construction, reconstruction, improvement, planning and equipping of roads and bridges, wastewater treatment facilities, water supply systems, solid waste disposal facilities, and storm water and sanitary collection, storage and treatment facilities of Local Subdivisions, including real property, interests in real property, and facilities and equipment of Local Subdivisions related or incidental thereto.

  • Rentable Area when applied to the Premises, is that area equal to the usable area of the Premises, plus an equitable allocation of Rentable Area within the Building that is not then utilized or expected to be utilized as usable area, including that portion of the Building devoted to corridors, equipment rooms, restrooms, elevator lobby, atrium and mailroom.

  • Base Building Work means the base building work for the Building as described in this Manual.

  • Change Orders mean changes or modifications to any Construction Contract or any other contract with labor or material suppliers.

Changes of a minor nature (such as adjustment in horizontal and vertical alignment, that do not exceed specified tolerance, necessary to maintain or balance earthwork quantities substantially as designed) and variation in quantities, as described in B5.251, shall not be considered Design Changes.

  • Expansion Capital Expenditures means cash expenditures for Acquisitions or Capital Improvements. Expansion Capital Expenditures shall include interest (including periodic net payments under related interest rate swap agreements) and related fees paid during the Construction Period on Construction Debt. Where cash expenditures are made in part for Expansion Capital Expenditures and in part for other purposes, the General Partner shall determine the allocation between the amounts paid for each.

  • Rentable Area of the Premises The amount of square footage set forth in Section 1.01(10).

  • Expansion Factor has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.3(a);

  • Prospective budgeting means the determination of eligibility and the amount of assistance for a calendar month based on the best estimate of income and circumstances which will exist in that calendar month.

  • Change Order means a written order to the Contractor signed by the Contracting Officer, issued after execu- tion of the Contract, authorizing a change in the term or scope of the Contract.

  • Development Schedule shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1.

  • Construction Budget means the fully-budgeted costs for the acquisition and construction of a given parcel of real property (including, without limitation, the cost of acquiring such parcel of real property, reserves for construction interest and operating deficits, tenant improvements, leasing commissions, and infrastructure costs) as reasonably determined by the Parent in good faith.
