Area of Floor Space definition

Area of Floor Space means the net floor area of the premises for the exclusive use of the

In determining the Area of Floor Space per resident, the area of staff dormitory, open space, podium, garden, flat roof, bay window, staircase, column, walls, staircase hall, lift, lift landing, any space occupied by machinery for any lift, air-conditioning system or any similar service provided for the building, and any other area in the RSP which the Director of Social Welfare considers unsuitable for the purposes of an RCHE shall be disregarded. “Individual Care Plan” or “ICP” means a plan which identifies a Voucher Holder’s care needs, and by which service strategies are developed and implemented to meet his needs and the effectiveness of such strategies should be reviewed and adjusted from time to time. “registered medical practitioner” means a person who is registered under the Medical Registration Ordinance (Cap. 161).

  • residential premises means a house, building, structure, shelter, or mobile home, or portion thereof, used as a dwelling, home, residence, or living place by 1 or more human beings. “Residential premises” includes an apartment unit, a boardinghouse, a rooming house, a mobile home, a mobile home space, and a single or multiple family dwelling, but does not include a hotel, a motel, motor home, or other tourist accommodation, when used as a temporary accommodation for guests or tourists, or premises used as the principal place of residence of the owner and rented occasionally during temporary absences including vacation or sabbatical leave.

  • Building Area means the greatest horizontal area of a building within the outside surface of the exterior walls.

  • Building Square Footage or "BSF" means the square footage of assessable internal living space of a Unit, exclusive of any carports, walkways, garages, overhangs, patios, enclosed patios, detached accessory structure, other structures not used as living space, or any other square footage excluded under Government Code Section 65995 as determined by reference to the Building Permit for such Unit.

  • Subleased Premises means all that portion of the Leased Premises referred to as airport lot as outlined on the site diagram attached as Schedule "A" to this Sublease; and

  • Parking Spaces means spaces in or portion of the Ground Floor of the Building and also open spaces at the ground level of the said premises as expressed or intended by the Developer, at their sole discretion, for parking of motor cars/two wheelers etc.
