Area One definition

Area One means the geographic area indicated as Area One as shown in SWS-BWC- 2017 (Appendix C).
Area One. That certain 25,122 square feet of rentable area contained within the Building and as outlined and hatched on the plan attached hereto as EXHIBIT "A-1" and made a part hereof for all purposes.
Area One means the area and formations specified in paragraph (a) of Exhibit A hereof.

More Definitions of Area One

Area One is that immovable property around Mandeville that is subject to annexation by Mandeville and that is within the boundaries of STD#3. Area One is identified in the attached map and legal description, Exhibits “A” and “B,” respectively. Area One is denoted in yellow on the map. In the 2003 Agreement of the Prior Agreement between the Parties, Area One is referred to as “Annexation Area One” or “Priority 1.” Area One includes two infill areas that are referred to as “Infill Area One” and “Infill Area Two.”
Area One means the area depicted on the map attached as Exhibit “1” hereto as “Area One.”
Area One and "Area Two" (collectively, the "Premises") in Landlord's project known as Cardinal Technology Center II; and
Area One means the geographic area indicated as Area One as shown in SWD-REC- 2018.
Area One means the geographic area indicated as Area One as shown in SWD-D-2017.

Related to Area One

  • Area A means the populated areas delineated by a red line and shaded in brown on attached map No. 1;

  • Area B means the populated areas delineated by a red line and shaded in yellow on attached map No. 1, and the built-up area of the hamlets listed in Appendix 6 to Annex I; and

  • area of supply means any area within or partly within the area of jurisdiction of the municipality to which a water service is provided;

  • Area of shallow flooding means a designated AO or AH Zone on a community's Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM) with one percent or greater annual chance of flooding to an average depth of one to three feet where a clearly defined channel does not exist, where the path of flooding is unpredictable and indeterminate; and where velocity flow may be evident. Such flooding is characterized by ponding or sheet flow.

  • ILUA Area means the geographical area in relation to which the Framework ILUA applies, as specified in Schedule 2 of the Framework ILUA;

  • Redevelopment Area means the community redevelopment area described, defined or otherwise identified or referred to in the Redevelopment Plan.

  • Area of Mutual Interest or “AMI” shall mean an agreement between or among parties to a farm-out agreement or a joint operating agreement or other agreement by which the parties attempt to describe a geographical area within which they agree to share certain additional leases or other interests acquired by any of them in the future.

  • CONE Area means the areas listed in Tariff, Attachment DD, section 5.10(a)(iv)(A) and any LDAs established as CONE Areas pursuant to Tariff, Attachment DD, section 5.10(a)(iv)(B).

  • Area plan or “multiyear area plan” means a document, developed in accordance with the uniform area plan format and IAPI issued by the department, that is submitted to the department every four years, with annual updates, by an AAA in order to receive subgrants from the department’s grants.

  • Project area plan means a written plan that, after its effective date, guides and controls the development within a project area.

  • Parcel 2 ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NUMBER 224-112-31 APPROXIMATELY 8.6 ACRES CONSISTING OF:

  • Square Footage means the total gross horizontal areas of all floors, including usable basement and cellars, below the roof and within the outer surface of the main walls of buildings (or the center lines of party walls separating such buildings or portions thereof) or within lines drawn parallel to and two feet within the roof line of any building or portion thereof without walls (which includes, notwithstanding paragraph 3 below, the square footage of all porches), and including pedestrian access walkways or corridors, but excluding the following:

  • urban areas means the areas covered by all Municipal Corporations and other Municipalities including the areas falling under the various Urban Development Authorities, Cantonment Authorities and industrial estates or townships, excluding the areas covered under Class-I Cities;

  • Shopping Center means the Shopping Center identified on the initial page hereof.

  • mining areas means the areas delineated and coloured red on the Plan marked “A” initialled by or on behalf of the parties hereto for the purposes of identification;

  • Building Square Footage or "BSF" means the square footage of assessable internal living space of a Unit, exclusive of any carports, walkways, garages, overhangs, patios, enclosed patios, detached accessory structure, other structures not used as living space, or any other square footage excluded under Government Code Section 65995 as determined by reference to the Building Permit for such Unit.

  • Acre-foot – means the amount of water necessary to cover one acre of land one foot deep, or 325,851 gallons of water.

  • Rentable Area of Premises on Page 1 of the Lease shall be deleted in their entirety and replaced with the following:

  • communal land means land under the jurisdiction of a traditional council determined in terms of section 6 of the Eastern Cape Traditional Leadership and Governance Act, (Act 4 of 2005) and which was at any time vested in -

  • Built-Up Area and/or “Covered Area” in relation to a Flat shall mean the floor area of that Flat including the area of balconies and terraces, if any attached thereto, and also the thickness of the walls (external or internal) and the columns and pillars therein Provided That if any wall, column or pillar be common between two Flats, then one-half of the area under such wall column or pillar shall be included in the built-up area of each such Flat.

  • mining area means all those pieces of land containing two hundred and forty‑six (246) square miles or thereabouts situate in what is known to the parties as the “Xxx Xxxxx‑Siberia Nickel Laterite Area” the subject of the mineral claims applications for mineral claims and Temporary Reserves listed in the First Schedule hereto which are generally delineated and respectively coloured green and orange and red in the plan marked “X” signed by or on behalf of the parties for the purpose of identification;

  • Parking Garage means a building or portion of a building, other than a private garage, that is used for the temporary parking of motor vehicles;

  • Easement Area means the area which is hatched on the plan.
