Argentine Foreign Exchange Regulations definition

Argentine Foreign Exchange Regulations means any foreign exchange laws, regulations and communications issued by the Executive Branch of the Argentine Government, the Argentine Ministry of Treasury and Public Finances, the Central Bank and/or any other Governmental Authority of Argentina applicable to the Financing Documents and/or to the Borrower and/or to export pre-financings loans granted to Argentine residents, as such laws, regulations and communications may be amended and supplemented (including through interpretative letters issued by the Central Bank) from time to time.
